1. Function
BXQ-2 semi-automatic metallographic specimen mounting press is designed for mounting small or abnormal-shape and difficult-to-hold metallographic samples. It uses thermosetting plastic to mount the sample, which is a necessary preceding work of metallographic grinding and polishing and also is helpful to determine the microstructure of metallographic samples using the metallographic scope.

1) Signal light displays the compressive force;
2) Intelligent digital display temperature control device can control the temperature automatically. Temperature transducer uses thermocouple;
3) high-precision, digital display, easy operation. Each mounting takes about 12 minutes.
